It's made from Catarratto, a Sicilian favourite, from vineyards sitting way up in the hills which keeps things fresh. A partnership between Boutinot and the Araldica Castelvero co-operative up in Piemonte, their focus is on delivering authentic flavours and good value from a range of Italian regions.
