Founded by food writer Daniel Tapper, they started life as a nomadic project, brewing hop-forward IPAs and saisons with the likes of Beavertown and Northern Monk. Now, with their own kit, they've landed in Lewes, and brew a diverse range of beers. Expect juicy IPAs alongside traditional best bitters and exciting mixed-fermentation projects.
