A genuinely slow brewed Bavarian Helles lager that meets the Reinheitsgebot German beer purity laws. Made using only three ingredients - mineral water, locally grown barley and Hallertau Hops, Hofmeister is crisp and refreshing but its got character too. Sweet digestive biscuit and honey is followed by the tingle of floral and spicy hop bitterness and then a snappy finish that leaves you really refreshed.
